RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Cryogenic Main Stage EPC Qualification Engineer to support the qualification of the Ariane 5s cryogenic main stage and Vulcain 2 engine at our clients premises in Paris, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Cryogenic main stage engineering support, including Vulcain 2 engine, to ESA Operational Launch System team for the Ariane launcher development and qualification activities Evaluate and followup the activities proposed by Ariane Group and its subcontractors to maintain or extend the Cryogenic main stage and Vulcain 2 engine qualification domain Collect and maintain the qualification files, qualification certificate of the cryogenic main stage and Vulcain 2 engine, safety files, and conformity files Loi dOperations Spatiales both for A5 ECA and A5 ESParticipate to the LEAP progress meeting led by Ariane Group Contribute to the Qualification Reviews to be established at partsubsystemstageenginelauncher level related to the cryogenic main stage and Vulcain 2 engine Support the Qualification Monitoring and Verification Office in the frame of the Ariane 5 production and launch campaign activities configuration, anomalies, waivers Monitor and report on the project indicators for the different missions Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 4 years of experience in orbital launch vehicle qualification Knowledge of configuration management processes Strong experience interfacing with both agencies and industry Fluency in English, both spoken and written The following skills would be highly desirable Prior experience in Cryogenic stage or engine activities for an Ariane5 class rocket Fluency in French How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
