ACTIVITIES The Consultant will focus on providing support to the procurement activities for Data Processing Systems Facilities IDPFI, IDPFS and L2PF. PROFILE The Consultant shall have a University degree in a relevant engineering discipline. The Consultant shall have experience in the following areas Management of industrial contracts, preferably for development of Payload Data Processing Systems in the Earth Observation domain minimum 5 years Technical, management and contractual negotiations with suppliers andor subcontractors, preferably for software development in the Earth Observation domain Leading small engineering andor procurement teams minimum 5 years Full ground segment lifecycle support, preferably acquired through participation to large software development projects minimum 5 years Working in a formal environment, following methodologies, standards and processes, preferably following ECSS standards minimum 5 years Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and strengths in analysis, synthesis and presentation of complex problems and solutions minimum 5 years.
