2016-02-01 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Operating at 6,265 MHz with external 100 MHz reference oscillator, Model SFS6265A-LF features typical phase noise of -89 and -90 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and 10 kHz offsets, respectively. Device delivers typical output power of +3 dBm while operating off VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc and drawing 35 mA, and phase locked loop voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 11 mA. Housed in 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.13 in. PLL-V12N package, synthesizer features 2nd harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc.
