Newsweek releases Green Rankings for 2015

(Telecompaper) Newsweek has released its 2015 Newsweek Green Rankings, created in partnership with Corporate Knights Capital and HIP Investor. A number of telecom related companies are included in the Global 500 companies, including Adobe Systems (5), Swisscom (6), Broadcom (8), BT (10), Siemens (15), Apple (18) and DirecTV (20). The top US 500 include Broadcom (4), Apple (12), DirecTV (15) and Nvidia (20). Newsweek said large companies are starting to become more aware of their environmental footprints. For example, more firms are linking executive pay to sustainability targets.
