Pinterest files IPO registration with SEC

(Telecompaper) Social media website Pinterest filed a registration statement for its initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company provides no expected share price range nor any specific date for its IPO, saying only that it should happen "as soon as is practicable."
