EnerJex enters into horizontal Niobrara and Codell oil plays in US

EnerJex Resources has acquired leasehold interests covering 3,945 net acres in Weld County, Colorado, US, from various third parties.

The shares began trading on the NYSE MKT exchange on June 17 under ENRJPR, the EnerJex said.

Once the company lists there, it will stop trading on the OTC market, EnerJex noted.

The shares were priced at $25 each, the company said.

The company's common shares are still trading on the OTC, EnerJex said.
