Altice to sell international carrier business to Tofane

(Telecompaper) Altice has entered exclusive talks to sell its international carrier business to Tofane Global for an undisclosed sum. Altice International Wholesale includes the group's international inter-operator carrier activities in France, Portugal and the Dominican Republic (SFR Carriers, Meo and Orange Dominicana), which together transported 14 billion minutes of international voice traffic in 2017.
