Millennials are the largest home-buying segment in the U.S. right now and yet, when the time comes to purchase a house, many of them have no idea that they'll have to pay what usually amounts to several thousands of dollars in closing costs . A national survey by ClosingCorp found that about two-thirds of potential homebuyers between the ages of 18 and 34 were unfamiliar with closing costs.

Available in 4, 6, and 8 mm metric sizes as well as 5/32, ¼, and 5/16 in. sizes, flow controllers offer 2-stage speed control to regulate exhaust speed and absorb shock in pneumatic cylinders. Design also includes 3 needles for adjusting initial cylinder speed (first stage), brake speed (second stage), and speed shift timing. Second stage speed provides cushion and reduces speed at end of the stroke, consequently lessening shock by up to 1/9 while retaining same cycle time.
