Comprised of 2-stage, oil-sealed, rotary vane vacuum pumps, KJLC-RV series includes 4 models with pumping speed ranges from 3.8–22.9 cfm. Each model features gas ballast, anti-suckback valve, and QF25 flanges in order to accommodate diverse application. Modular design facilitates maintenance while requiring minimum tools, and pumps ship with initial charge of KJLSS19 oil. Available accessories include mist eliminators, traps, and filters.

Using Intacal® II combined with integrated PurgeGate® device, QuickPurge®III System makes it possible to safely inflate dams with argon gas, prior to releasing it for purging space between dams where weld joint is located. Sleeve between dams reduces volume to be purged, ensuring fast purge time down to 10 ppm of oxygen. Available for each API pipe diameter, QuickPurge®III can be pulled around 90° elbows for purging of connecting joints.
