EPA invites small businesses, governments, and not-for-profit organizations to participate as Small Entity Representatives (SERs) for Small Business Advocacy Review (SBAR) Panel. It will focus on EPA's development of rule proposing to modify current Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulation to reduce likelihood of accidental releases of toxic and flammable substances at chemical facilities as well as improve emergency response when such releases occur. Self-nominations are due by July 3, 2015.

Greenwire: U.S. EPA today unveiled proposed regulations that would tighten fuel efficiency standards to significantly cut carbon emissions from tractor-trailer rigs and other heavy- and medium-duty vehicles by 2027.
