The Recruiter manages the selection and bidding process for the activity of expert support provision to customers external and internal to Vitrociset Belgium. Duties In the frame of the current position, the Recruiter is expected to implement the following tasks Take charge of vacancies received by the Engineering Services and Satellite Operations Unit. Analyse the vacancys content and extracts the relevant information to stress the attention on. Prepare internal and external version of the job posting on selected channels Prepare a set of evaluation criteria for applying candidates Receive and respond to solicited and unsolicited job applications Establish and maintain updated knowledge of the best sources of candidates organised per profile type customer Actively search for candidates and contact them directly Assess a shortlist of best candidates to be presented to the customer Formalise offers to candidates and prepare the bidding package to be presented to the customer in due time with minimal or no support needed Interact with HR and administration when needed to optimise interview arrangements at customers premises. Support the possible follow up of the candidates till employment where the candidate is handed over to HR. Work as a business partner with the hiring manager advising for the best staffing solution in response to their needs. This includes mastering the regulations around in country employment contract law and limitations. Document the current staffing business processes as provided by process owner or more experience personnel for staffing and customer information Generate metrics reports and consolidate data for staffing and customer review following staffing instructions and processes. Coordinate logistical plan for interview events Be proactive in proposing improvements in the data and process organisation of the recruitment function Keep absolute discretion and confidentiality over the recruitment process and candidates information Agree with the Head of Engineering Services and Satellite Operations the policy for contractual and economic proposals to candidates Constantly look for improvements to achieve and possibly increase the competitive advantage with respect to competitors Education and experience University Degree in Psychology would be desirable Good knowledge of the Space Business job profiles is an important asset Good knowledge of the institutional customers ESA, EUMETSAT, etc. and their working environment is an important asset Previous experience in competitive recruitment used to work in a multinational environment, good knowledge of the main assessment techniques structured or not structured interview model, group assessment Strong ability to negotiate Available to travel across north European sites Experience with ATS systems, Linkedin recruiter or Taleo knowledge, would be a plus. Language skills English fluent French and German are an asset Computer skills Standard office tools Databases Required soft skills Analytical and critical thinking, good sense of organization of work Rigor, accuracy Quality oriented Reliability Strong collaboration skills, work as a team member Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, to handle high level of workload Ability to work in a changing environment, openminded Familiar with University relations Ability to interact with people and manager at different level leveraging the communication style according to the situation, the hierarchy, the cultural environment.
