It is fully matched for input and output at 50 Ω, eliminating need for sensitive external RF tuning components. Fabricated using high-reliability pHEMT process, this MMIC power amplifier provides nominal Gain of 18 dB with respective input and output return loss of 8 and 10 dB. Other characteristics include 38 dBm P1db, 40 dBm PSAT, 10 V bias operation, and -0.56 gate bias.
