WarnerMedia officially launches HBO Max streaming service

(Telecompaper) WarnerMedia has officially launched its new HBO Max subscription streaming service, after opening pre-orders on 5 May. The service will feature Max Originals, plus the company's existing catalogue of films and series. In total, it will have 10,000 hours of content, including the entire HBO service; films and TV series from Warner Bros' 100-year content collection; highlights from New Line; catalogue titles from DC, CNN, TNT, TBS, truTV, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth and Looney Tunes Cartoons; and a selection of classic films curated in partnership with TCM.

NBCUniversal's Peacock streaming service launches for Comcast customers

TV3 Group (former known as All Media Baltics) has launched its Go3 OTT service in the Baltic region. The Go3 platform is based on technology developed by Atende Software. Atende Softwares also developed the user interface.

AIS commercially launches 5G service in Thailand

(Telecompaper) Thai operator Advanced Info Service (AIS) has commercially launched its 2600MHz 5G service. The operator officially received the 2600MHz licence on 21 February. AIS enables subscribers who buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G smartphones to use its 5G service free of charge until 30 June.
