The biggest loser was engineering firm Rolls-Royce , which fell 7.5% after warning of falling revenues as trade sanctions against Russia begin to bite. Building materials firm Travis Perkins also lost ground, shedding 1.5% after it revealed that its sales growth slowed in the third quarter.
