Thanks in large part to the Raspberry Pi, cheap little computers continue to be all the rage. Most of the time, though, these little computers aren't products of the big name hardware manufacturers. Dell has apparently taken note of the tiny computer market, and has responded with the oft-rumored Project Ophelia, a $100 Android-powered USB stick PC that plugs into any monitor's HDMI slot.

iPhone Plugs Into Poppy for 3D Photog Fun

The Kickstarter campaign for Poppy, the retro-looking device that promises to turn an iPhone into a 3D camera, is quickly gaining popularity. It hit its $40,000 Kickstarter goal in about nine hours. By Friday afternoon it had commitments for nearly $87,000, with 27 campaign days remaining. Creators Joe Heitzeberg and Ethan Lowry modeled Poppy after the 70-year-old View-Master.
