Head of Robotics and Vision Business Unit HF

We are looking to fill the position of Head of Robotics and Vision Business Unit the candidate needs to be someone who is willing to evolve rapidly in an innovative company working in the areas of image processing and geography software applications. The Business Unit offers services to clients in the fields of Defense, Space, Automotive and Energy and provides technologies related to manipulation and exploitation of image and video computer vision, sensor modeling, 3D reconstruction, compression, Lidar, drone, automatic language processing. The candidate will lead a team of approximately 30 senior engineers andor PhDs and contribute to the development of hisher BU with the following key actions Leverage the internal RD framework in order to attract clients, manage the knowledge acquired, expand the partner network and lead the development of products and pilot projects. At the commercial level, implement the strategy, develop offers, conduct prospecting actions, ensure negotiations and follow up on contracts Define and manage the budget of the BU, ensure the commercial objectives are met, manage turnover and margins as well as participate in debriefing meetings with the Board. As people manager, support and help team members stay motivated, organize technical discussions with them, determine training plans thus ensuring the alignment of the teams skills with the customers needs. Experience and desired skills You come from an engineering background engineering school or university you have a solid experience of at least 8 years in an industrial field in which You have acquired strong technical knowledge in industrial IT this knowledge is related and can be applied to the activities of the BU. You have held a management position in the industrial sector, with a good knowledge of industrial project processes development, validation, deployment, qualification, commissioning, maintenance, preferably in the military field. You know how to conduct negotiation meetings with clients and partners, lead meetings and interviews, conduct presentations, speak in public. You know how to analyze a call for bids customer expectations, budget, competition, risks etc., and are able to respond adequately define price policy, manage partnerships and logistics as well draw up a financial and administrative proposal. Autonomy, initiative, rigor, ability to synthesize, diplomacy and a good level of English are also required. The position will require a Defense Authorisation Habilitation Defense. Nous recherchons lela Responsable de la Business Unit Robotique et systmes de Vision , profil fort potentiel ayant la volont dvoluer rapidement au sein dune PME en plein essor et innovante dans les domaines du traitement et du dveloppement logiciel dapplications dimagerie et de gographie. La BU adresse des clients de Dfense, du Spatial, de lautomobile et de lnergie pour des technologies lies manipulation et lexploitation dimages et de vidos vision par ordinateur, modlisation de capteurs, reconstruction 3D, compression, Lidar, drone, traitement automatique du langage. Missions LeLa candidate animera une quipe denviron 30 ingnieurs etou docteurs de haut niveau et contribuera au dveloppement de sa BU avec les actions cls suivantes Valoriser les axes de RD en interne ou auprs des prospects ou clients, grer la connaissance acquise, contribuer enrichir le rseau des partenaires, faire merger et piloter llaboration des produits. Sur le plan commercial, mettre en place la stratgie, laborer les offres, conduire des actions de prospections, assurer les ngociations et faire le suivi contractuel des affaires Sur le plan du suivi, dfinir le budget de la BU, raliser les objectifs de prises de commande, piloter le chiffre daffaire et les marges ainsi que participer aux runions dinformation avec la hirarchie. Sur le plan des quipes, assurer la motivation des collaborateurs, organiser les changes techniques, dterminer les axes de formations, assurer ladquation en comptences et exigences clients. Comptences et expriences souhaites Vous tes issue dune formation ingnieur cole dingnieurs ou universit, vous justifiez dune forte exprience de 8 ans ou plus dans un domaine industriel dans lequel Vous avez acquis des connaissances techniques en informatique industrielle appliques des domaines en lien avec les activits de la BU. Vous avez occup un poste de management dans le secteur industriel, avec une bonne connaissance des processus de projets industriels dveloppement, validation, dploiement, qualification, mise en service, maintenance, si possible dans le domaine militaire. Vous savez mener des runions de ngociation avec clients et partenaires, animer des runions et des entretiens. Vous savez analyser un appel doffres attentes du client, budget, concurrence, risques, dfinir les axes stratgiques de rponse politique de prix, partenariat, organisation ainsi que rdiger une proposition administrative et financire. Autonomie, prise dinitiatives, rigueur, esprit de synthse, caractre diplomate et un bon niveau danglais sont galement exigs. Le poste ncessitera une habilitation Dfense.
