Synchronous buck converter, operating from 4.5–19 V, offers 3 settings for switching frequency (400, 565, or 790 kHz), and output voltage can be selected from 0.7–3.3 V via 9 different settings. Internal divider is used for true 1% V(OUT) accuracy setting from 0.7–1.2 V, and current limit can be selected to support 3 application requirements: 3, 4, or 5 A.
