Dutch logistics company TNT Express NV said profitability in its international business will climb to as much as 10 percent of sales as it cuts costs and upgrades its information-technology systems. Earnings before interest and taxes in the company's international operations will amount to between 8 percent and 10 percent of sales by 2019, while the domestic units will earn a margin of 4 percent to 5 percent, the company today said.

Reuters: European Union climate and energy bosses launched two projects on Monday designed to unleash more than a billion euros ($1.1 billion) of spending on measures to save energy and adapt to climate change.
