Saint John's customs building will hit real estate market this fall

The federal government has declared Saint John's customs building surplus and it will be listed for sale this summer. The seven-storey building, located on Prince William Street, currently houses offices for several federal departments, including Environment Canada, Canada Border Services Agency and Veterans Affairs.

The Customs Self Assessment Program is a stringent process that provides assurance to federal agencies, the Canada Border Services Agency and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency that products, in our case wood fiber, and risk monitoring are all in compliance.
