Standby CallOut Support The following provisions shall apply for standby callout support EUMETSAT will specify in advance, on a work package basis, the schedule and scope for standby support. Requests for standby support must be authorised by the EUMETSAT technical representative. During periods of standby support, the key person shall respond to calls by telephone outside normal working hours, and shall provide remote support to Operations. The key person may, by telephone, ascertain the nature of the problem but must be available, if required, to report to the Mission Control Centre within one hour of callout.
