The role entails taking the lead role in developing a high reliability FPGA design covering Leading the FPGA development team Play a key handon role in developing key blocks in VHDL, testbench code, application code including control logicstate machines, test functions and DSP functions Documenting the design to a high standard for internal and customer review Supporting the product development through preliminary design, design proving, qualification and functional verification Supporting the project team in addressing technical issues related to the FPGA. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years ASIC or FPGA, VHDL languagebased design experience High standard in written English and report writing Qualified to degree level or higher in Electronics, Mathematics, Physics or other mathematicsrelated discipline.
