Responsibility To lead and drive the identification and selection of new technical talent for RHEA. Description This is a key position in contributing to the companys revenue growth. Following the life cycle of a business lead from commercial intelligence to proposal submission, concentrating on identifying and attracting new talent into RHEA. Working closely with the Businesses, the Recruitment and HR Team, the individual must be highly results driven and customer oriented, with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. Identifying and building a network of new talent for the business o Performing candidate searches using the various databases o Completing reviews of candidates applying to RHEA o Conducting interviews with candidates o Following external and internal networks o Identifying new pools of talent especially in emerging markets o Assessing the overall employment market Identifying and selecting the candidates for vacancies coming within existing frame contracts o Completing searches o Reviewing CVs o Assessing the candidates in their technicalmanagerial skills as is required o Driving the discussion with and selection of the relevant Candidates o Finalising documentation for submission to the client o Recommending candidates to the Bid or Business Unit Managers o Preparing the candidates for interviews with the client Assisting in bid preparation in response to client requests, ITTs or RFQs o Leading the search and recruitment of candidates for the bid o Writing sections, assigning specialists and assisting in compiling the final proposal with an eye on detail. Responsible for maintaining the skills and competency matrix of RHEA employees. Understanding the technical skills, and specialists RHEA have in house. Representing RHEA at applicable Industry days and conferences. Participating in the process for identifying opportunities for the company to bid for. Assisting in Identifying potential projects for internal and external top talent Liaising with the employee network, measuring the success of ongoing projects in order to gather intelligence on future opportunitiesleads, candidates within ongoing framesITTs. Profile University level qualification ideally in an engineering discipline 3 years experience in a technical position in the Aerospace sector Keen interest in Aerospace Sector, E.g. new missions, funding, key players, technology o Excellent knowledge of Institutional market and possibly industrial Aerospace sector Fluent in English, with excellent writing skills. Another European language would be an advantage Builds relationships easily. Results driven and Customer orientated High energy individual with natural perseverance Enjoys working in a team, and can influence people at all levels within an organisation Is flexible to the task in hand, and can apply themselves to differing tasks, working environments and cultures Is highly organised, methodical in their approach and can work to deadlines This is an excellent position for an Engineer who is interested in broadening their career path.
