City of Troup issues boil water notice

Due to a water main break, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required our water system, the City of Troup Public Water Supply ID 2120003 to notify customers of the need to boil their water prior to consumption. This is due to possible loss of pressure in the water distribution system from the eight inch water main break.

Parts of Corpus Christi need to boil water again

Thousands more Lancashire homes told they do not have to boil their water anymore

THOUSANDS more homes and business in Lancashire - including Mellor, Mellor Brook, Balderstone and Clayton-le-Dale - have been told they do not have to boil their water anymore. Most of Chorley and South Ribble have also had their supply cleared of the Cryptosporidium microscopic parasite, United Utilities said.

Boil water notice lifted for Mount Vernon

On Saturday, August 29, 2015, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required our public water system, the City of Mount Vernon, PWS ID 800001 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform our customers that due to an interruption in service, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption.

City of Mount Vernon issues boil water notice

Due to low system pressure as a result of low water levels, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required our water system, the City of Mount Vernon/800001, to notify customers of the need to boil their water prior to consumption. To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to use.
