Shares of Rackspace Hosting fell 4.2 percent in early market trading to $36.91 after being downgraded from "overweight" to "neutral" by JPMorgan Chase. The firm cited a potential upside as high as $50 a share if a proposed sale to CenturyLink happens, versus a fall back to the pre-sale level of $30 if nothing happens.
