Injuries reported in Wyoming gas tank blast

Authorities say an explosion at a gas storage tank in a western Wyoming gas field has caused an unknown number of injuries. Lincoln County Sheriff's Office spokesman Stephen Malik says the blast happened just before 2 p.m. Tuesday about 30 miles northwest of Green River.
