Key responsibilities The selected candidates will work as part of a Project Management Office PMO composed of specialists in different disciplines related to Project, Program and Portfolio Management PPM, with the following responsibilities depending on the position For Project Management specialist Assist Project and Program Managers in the implementation of management practices ensuring compliance with the internal Project Management standards, over the project initiation, development, tracking and closure scope, milestones, risks, actions, reporting, etc. Support the preparation and execution of project formal reviews PDR, CDR, etc. along the project lifecycle. For Project SchedulerPlanner Create and maintain complex project schedules, integrating project resources information and project dependencies within a multiproject environment. For all positions Generation of progress reports, minutes of meetings, actions followup, etc. Requirements The successful candidates shall have a university degree in a technical or scientific discipline, good command of English professional competence, and at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following subjects Managing projects in engineering environments space, aeronautics or similar, with proficiency in standards, development methodologies and complex system building. ProjectProgram management support as part of a project management office PMO, defining and implementing standard project management practices. ProjectProgram planning and scheduling, building and maintaining complex MS project based plans, handling multiproject dependencies, and generating project and program level progress indicators and reports.
