You will be in charge of personnel and technical management in the Secondary Power Engineering department at the Friedrichshafen and Ottobrunn sites, focusing on power electronics incl. HV electronics and DCDC modules for satellites within the Processing Platform Products Germany sector APG. Your main tasks will be as follows Personnel management, performance assessments, target setting activities and further development planning for department employees, including team leaders FriedrichshafenOttobrunn crosssite roles, and ensuring team quality and performance Playing an active role in identifying and implementing measures with respect to the reorientation and further development of the centre, and applying these in personnel management Being responsible for the engineering and development process for the work in question monitoring, reporting and further development Being responsible for the delivery of the work packages defined for the projects, and monitoring technical quality, costs and deadlines Producing reports and performing work scheduling, cost planningcontrol and midterm planning activities Being responsible for work scheduling, productivity and hourly rates in the department Providing technical and programming support for offers and critical projectsprocesses Actively assisting with transnational integration, standardisation and rationalisation at AP1 level CoC Electronics taking part in international work groups within the framework of the CoC projects Contributing to APG RD planning.
