Real estate agent mistaken for burglar, held at gunpoint

A 61-year-old man on Thursday mistook a real estate agent for a burglar and held him at gunpoint until officers arrived at a home the man was selling on Helican Springs Road, Athens-Clarke County police said. The man said he went to the house upon being notified of a burglar alarm activation there, and when arriving he saw unfamiliar vehicles and people in the driveway, according to police.
