WHAT IS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT GRADUATE PROGRAMME? The Project Management Graduate Programme is a two year programme, in which you will be able to expand on the skills and knowledge gained through your degree, whilst having the opportunity to be mentored onthejob by some of our most experienced employees. During the programme you will get the opportunity to gain an understanding and knowledge of Working closely with engineering teams from design concept to delivery The project execution plan, including the logistics of planning and scheduling Monitoring potential risks to the project and looking for mitigations Monitoring and reporting on budgets and cash flow Monitoring project progress and preparing progress reports to update relevant parties Commercial and Customer Management Our Project Management Graduate Programme also gives you the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification APM should you wish to pursue it, whilst developing onthejob experience to build a career in Project Management. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? Applications from graduates in the following subjects and disciplines are encouraged A minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree expected or obtained in an engineering or business related degree is preferred but we will consider high quality applications from graduates who have studied a nonrelated degree Equivalent qualifications from other countries will of course be considered. Due to current UK work permit restrictions the graduate programme is only open to nationals of EU countries. HOW CAN I APPLY?
