From lawn signs to a lobbying effort aimed at the mayor, a renewed campaign will roll out in the last several weeks of 2015 to recharge development plans for the L.A. Waterfront in San Pedro and Wilmington. Launched by the Los Angeles Waterfront Access and Redevelopment Coalition , an advocacy group of real estate agents and others formed nearly a year ago, the Save Our L.A. Waterfront campaign is distributing blue lawn signs and asking residents to go online at the website to send an email to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.
