You will have the opportunity to manage and be involved in the EUFOSSA project, which is focused on establishing a process to assess the security level of free and open source software used by the European institutions. This position is based in Brussels, Belgium. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Project management activities following the Commissions internal project management methodology PM2 including requirements analysis, project planning, project follow up, subcontractor management, stakeholder management, deliverable tracking and risk analysis. Contribution and expertise sharing towards definition of detailed actions to pursue within the project to best meet the business requirements. Drafting highlevel project documentation in English, including regular project progress reports. Organisation of projectrelated activities including, but not limited to, preparation and chairing of project meetings, aiding in preparation of conferences, presentations, dissemination materials and applying a common look and feel to information arriving from different sources. Application of an internal project management methodology PM2 to execution of projects in particular related to cybersecurity domain. Customisation of the methodology to fit the needs of the projects. Mentoring of outsourced teams regarding the methodology adoption. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Master Degree in IT, Computer Science or related subject You have proven proficiency in English spoken, written. Physical Security Managing security keys and combinations has overall responsibility for ensuring the proper handling and storage of security keys and combinations used in accredited security areas in accordance with the European Commission rules Defining procedures regarding the use and access policies of any security related systems of the GSA e.g. Access control, Intrusion detection and CCTV monitoring systems, personal badges belonging to the GSA dedicated infrastructure or put partially to use for the benefit of the GSA.
