Moberg Pharma Regains Rights to Emtrix in Certain EU Markets

Moberg Pharma AB today announced that it has reached an agreement with its partner Meda to regain rights to EmtrixA in certain EU markets where the nail product has not yet been launched, including UK and Poland. Moberg Pharma and Meda have agreed to amend their existing license and distribution agreement so Moberg regains rights to the nail product in certain EU markets.

Remember that paralyzed guy from Southern California who managed to walk on his own accord thanks to a revolutionary technique that bridged the gap in his severed spinal column with a wireless Bluetooth link? A team of doctors at Ohio's Case Western Reserve University have reportedly accomplished the same feat with a patient's arms. The team described its initial findings at a meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in Chicago on Tuesday.

InDex Pharmaceuticals AB Regains European Rights To Kappaproct In Ulcerative Colitis

June 30, 2015 - InDex Pharmaceuticals today announced the termination of a license agreement with Almirall S.A. relating to the drug candidate KappaproctA for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Under the agreement, which was signed in March 2014, Almirall licensed exclusive rights to KappaproctA for the European market.
