The San Francisco Bay has become a dumping ground for the dangerous disposal of tiny plastic beads and Gov. Jerry Brown needs to do the right thing and sign a bill that will help put a stop to it. The Bay is contaminated with microplastic beads at higher concentrations than practically every other major body of water in the United States, including the Great Lakes and the Chesapeake Bay.
