Japan's domestic sales of new cars, trucks and buses, excluding 660 cc mini cars, increased 0.3% from a year earlier in November, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association said Tuesday. Separately, sales of 660 cc mini cars fell 15.8% from a year earlier in November to 149,002 vehicles, Japan Light Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle Association said.
