Washington Post: A Maryland climate-change panel called Wednesday for the state to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40 percent compared to 2006 levels within the next 15 years. Yitz Dekel walked his dogs outside his temporary home, a residential hotel in Calabasas, California, and described the massive natural gas leak he says forced him out of his suburban Los Angeles retirement community in Porter Ranch.
