Position Reference 726 We are currently looking for a PMO Scheduler and Risk Analyst to work onsite clients premises in the city of Stevenage, United Kingdom. The key person will be working within the PMO function and take responsibility for the Programmes Scheduler and Risk Administration duties. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Schedule Control Manage and take ownership of the programmes schedule. Consolidate the schedule inputs from the Work Package Managers. Consolidate the schedule inputs from the subsystem and equipment suppliers. Identify the logical relationships among schedule activities and develop the schedule. Update the Current Working Schedule with agreed changes. Conduct Critical Path Analysis, schedule compression, simulations, whatif scenario analysis. Provide regular internal and external schedule reporting. Active collation of KID inputs from transnational partners. Maintenance of the Key Interface Database. Live updates of project schedule to investigate effects on schedules Risk Administration. Risk Administration Support the Project Manager in the implementation of the risk management activity in accordance with the Risk Management Plan. Consolidate inputs to the risk management process Work Package Managers. Consolidate inputs to the risk management process from the subsystem and equipment suppliers. Update the risk database with agreed changes. Provide regular internal and external risk and opportunity reporting. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Experience of collect schedule progress information and updating Project Schedules. Maintenance of schedule logs. Running the tool calculations and conducting critical path analysis. Performing schedule variance analysis. Providing internal monthly progress reports. Updating of Risk databases. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
