HSA Commercial Real Estate started buying abandoned and underused warehouse buildings - including the old Kohl's Food Stores and Roundy's warehouses - along U.S. Highway 45 in Wauwatosa in 2004 with the idea that the properties' proximity to Mayfair mall would someday pay off.
