According to NV Energy's website, 3,508 customers are currently without power in Washoe County. A News 4 viewer called with a tip into the newsroom saying that power is out in the Virginia Foothills, south of Reno; scanner traffic indicates outages could also be present near downtown Reno.

Adopting 130 nm analog semiconductor process, TC7734FTG comes in 7 x 7 mm QFN64 package, accepts 3.4–5.5 V input, and integrates various power management blocks: power paths, switching charger, 4-channel buck converters, 3-channel LDO regulators, and 2-channel LED backlight drivers. All charger functions operate automatically without external control signals. Other features include external thermistor to prevent overheating when charging, onboard I²C interface, and error detect functions.
