Watts Water Technologies Inc - Seaport Global Securities cut their Q4 2015 earnings per share estimates for Watts Water Technologies in a report issued on Thursday, according to Zacks Investment Research . Seaport Global Securities analyst R. Cassil now expects that the brokerage will post earnings of $0.54 per share for the quarter, down from their previous estimate of $0.57.

EPA slams city, state response to Flint water crisis

For several weeks now, city and state officials have traded barbs over who is ultimately responsible for the toxic water that's inundated Flint, Michigan. In an emergency administrative order, the Environmental Protection Agency slammed the city of Flint, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the State of Michigan, saying they are all responsible for the lead contamination in the city's water.

Defense pins blame on developer -- not real estate agent -- in Saratoga Springs water case

A state court jury heard closing arguments Thursday evening in the case of a real estate agent accused of defrauding buyers of lots by allegedly failing to disclose her ownership interest and the fact there was no water available in a Saratoga Springs subdivision and no building permits would be issued. The jury of seven women and three men got the case about 6 p.m. after the prosecutor and the attorney for Kimberly Bowen finished closing arguments at the end of a nearly two-week trial in 3rd District Court in Salt Lake City.
Retention Pond To Be Built To Divert Storm Water From School Bus Barn

By Naomi Hatch Construction of a retention basin at the Snowflake Unified School District bus barn to handle storm water runoff was approved by the district governing board last week. "We had a surprise visit from ADEQ in the summer," Superintendent Hollis Merrell reminded the board Jan. 14. The state agency was there to inspect the bus barn, located at 682 W. School Bus Lane, which is used to work on and maintain the buses, as well as store fuel.
