Organise and conduct the management of anomalies and problems in each team output problem management, corrective and preventive actions. Survey document production by the team and provide quality review of documents on request. Attend agreed simulation sessions and support the chasing of actions raised in the Debriefing. Plan and organise the OPSQ audit activities for internal audits, external audits, and surveillance audits. Solicit closure of overdue actions on audit nonconformances. Support the OPS Improvement Forum. Collect OPS KPI relevant to OPSQ. Contribute to OPSQ feedback to OPS Management Team. Support the maintenance and improvement of the QMS both for the documents and the web site. Support critical operations on console on shift, according to instructions from Flight Operations Director. Relevant experience in PAS management in the space domain. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed, together with a high degree of organizational and communication abilities, and comfortable with working in a diverse and multinational team environment. Knowledge of Configuration Management or the implementation of Product Assurance within a quality system certified to ISO 9001 would be an asset.
