Simyo NPS scores highest among Dutch mobile providers, followed by T-Mobile

(Telecompaper) Simyo earned a net promoter score (NPS) of 30 in the second quarter, followed by T-Mobile Netherlands with 26, and then KPN with 22. Simyo was especially cited for its price-related points. About 70 percent of customers recommended Simyo for its price/quality ratio and 61 percent for its monthly costs. At T-Mobile NL, the price/quality ratio was also the most recommended reason, with the quality of connection/reach going to second place. For KPN, connection/reach is the most mentioned.

(Telecompaper) Postpaid customers of Simyo and Ziggo Mobiel recommend their mobile providers the most to family and friends, according to a comparison of 'word of mouth' scores for the ten biggest postpaid providers in the Netherlands. The WoM score developed by Telecompaper shows what percentage of current customers would recommend a provider or handset brand to others. The latest results also show that consumers prefer the iPhone 6 over the iPhone 6 Plus, and Online.nl's WoM score has started to recover.
