Units can process up to 75 dB of dynamic range and have log linearity from ±1 to ±2.5 dBm. Log slope ranges from 20–50 mV/dB and recovery times range from 40–150 ns. Enclosed in rugged metal packages with SMA connectors, 50 Ω hybrid circuit assemblies meet MIL-STD-202F environmental conditions.
