New R&S ESW EMI Test Receiver With Unrivaled Dynamic Range: The Fast And Reliable Way To Certification
2016-02-25 09:14:33| rfglobalnet Home Page
The highly sophisticated certification and R&D measurements required in the A&D and automotive sectors call for an EMI test receiver with outstanding characteristics. Rohde & Schwarzis presenting its new R&S ESW EMI test receiver for these types of measurements at the EMV 2016 exhibition in Düsseldorf. The new test receiver offers the widest dynamic range and highest level accuracy on the market.
Variable Dynamic Range

The variable dynamic range (VDR) provides waveband, high resolution, and fast sample rate to digital predistortion (DPD) observation receivers. VDR can also achieve full the bandwidth and dynamic range of the analog-to-digital converter, an immediate response to peak conditions, and synchronization without external hardware which reduces the signal routing and system complexity. This application note discusses the use of VDR in detail, as well as its traditional techniques, and specific application examples.
