Q1 data from Synergy Research shows that revenue growth from video infrastructure network hardware and software is far outstripping growth from client hardware and software. While revenue from all video infrastructure grew by 7% Y-o-Y, network hardware and software grew at 10% and 17%.

RHEA is currently recruiting a Client Service Coordinator to support the Operations Director for Professional Engineering Services at our premises in Wavre, Belgium. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Responsible for compiling and quality assuring the monthly and quarterly reporting for the service contracts under the ESA frame contracts and other European Institutional and industrial clients. Liaising with the technical staff for their timely inputs Completing all required financial reporting Acting as the Service Manager for various work packages, participating in monthly meetings and completing the required follow up. Provides first line operational support to the teams in France, UK and Czech Republic e.g. expenses, missions, timesheets. Completes the financial monitoring of the contracts, highlighting possible risks and areas for improvement. Monitors the internal and client KPIs. Assists in the kickoff of new contracts, integrating the delivery and reporting requirements into the monthly planning and ensuring the onsite teams are aware of the contractual requirements. Participates and supports in Contract review meetings internally and with the clients Follows up on the closure of contracts, and transfer of personnel onto new contracts Tracks contract paperwork with the contracts admin team and finance Tracks and assists on the annual performance review programme Monitors the Health and Safety Programme at all locations where employees are based. Ensures ISO9001 reporting and processes are followed within the business Acts as back up support to the Contracts Managers for timesheets, holiday planning, missions and expenses.
