CGI Space Netherlands is looking for an hosting facilities site engineer to join our client based location in France. Your day to day activities Your role will be to support in the management of the execution of the current FMS Facility Management Service Contract on behalf of our client. You will also provide technical expertise for the evolution of the existing building and ancillary systems. Furthermore you prepare the technical requirements for the new FMS Contract. Things you need to be successful You are wellorganized, energetic and have a high level of attention to detail. You have the ability to work in a team, as well as independently. You have advanced analytic skills and are a quick learner. You have demonstrated good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You also have A relevant Bachelor or Master degree Technician preferably engineer with Contractors management experience, ideally in field of buildingfacilities management and Facility Management Services Experience in building infrastructure critical support systems e.g. as electricity HVAC data cabling is required Excellent English AND French working skills written and oral EU passport. A EU Personal Security Clearance at the level of CONFIDENTIAL and above is part of the selection procedure. Main responsibilities You will have the following tasks and responsibilities Followup the procurement of site hosting services for Galileo ground stations and centres under the supervision of concerned ESA Galileo procurement manager and technical officer Support during negotiation phase with the remote sites hosting entities Followup of the activities in the remote sites from kickoff until site acceptance by ESA Ensure smooth and timely transition of the sites i.e. ESA customer furnished items from ESA to the industrial consortium led by Galileo Industries Reporting progress and escalate issues alerts to ESA technical office and procurement manager Organize the logistic details for the technical visits to the remote sites by the industrial consortium Organize the logistic details for the security inspections to the remote sites by the ESA Security Office and the national security authorities In coordination with the security office, support the technical deployment of Galileo infrastructure at the GSMCFR and GSMCUK sites, in particular Support onsite liaison between the GNSS Agency GSA and the Galileo Mission Segment industrial supplier Support the generation of Anomaly Report AR and NonConformance Report NCR handling procedures Support the tracking of ARs and NCRs during the deployment phase and first use of GSA operator Support accreditation process at Galileo remote sites. Ideal candidate In addition to a Master degree in a relevant field, you should bring at least 4 years of experience in the following fields in particular Ground Stations Infrastructure Physical security Ground Segment elements deployment and qualification. Furthermore you should be eligible for national personal security clearance.
