Civil Engineering Architectural Project Support mf The Mission We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineering Architectural Project Support to be located at the customer site ESOC in Darmstadt. The successful candidate will be providing support to the ESOC Technical Management Section which belongs to ESOC Facility Management Services in the ESA Facility Management Departments. The ESOC Technical Management Section is responsible for The overall maintenance of all ESOC buildings and facilities around 40.000 sqm of offices, control rooms, laboratories and technical areas including facilities for the production of hot chilled water and for electrical power generation and distribution The overall planning, design and followup of new constructions, as well as the refurbishment of existing buildings and their modifications The management of an outsourced maintenance contract, which performance is based and driven by KPIs Key Performance Indicator with an associated bonus and penalty scheme. This contract includes civil, mechanical and electrical works related to the operations of existing installations and to their maintenance The management of utilities, the identification and implementation of energy saving measures The modifications requested by the various users of the site linked to offices, laboratories and technical areas The compliance of the site buildings, the site infrastructure and its equipment and services with the applicable European, national and local regulations. The Challenge He she shall support the Head of ESOC Technical Management Section.
