Satellite System Security Engineer

Position Reference 695 We currently looking for a Satellite System Security Engineer to work for our client in the city of Brussels, Belgium Prague, Czech Republic. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Provide generic security support and spacespecific security support for the GSA Security Department and for the European Commission. Support security activities for EGNOS and other space programmes such as GOVSATCOM, COPERNICUS, Space Situational Awareness SSA Support in other space activities, to defence, quantum and general security activities. Participate in the implementation of cyber security management frameworks in safety critical systems, particularly in civil aviation security. Support to the establishment of a crisis management organisation, which could include definition and validation of business continuity plans and associated crisis communication plan. Provide support to project Infosec, Cyber Security, and accreditation engineering. Covering all aspects related to the analysis and design of the security of the end to end system, including concepts, architecture, ground and space systems and subsystems, methodologies, standards and all associated tools for simulations and analysis. Perform the security risks analyses, vulnerability and threat assessments. Monitor the implementation of technical and operational measures against related security risks. Support to the security risk management process including security risks analyses, the associated risks treatment plans. Support the GSA and EC security management as needed. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a System Engineer. Indepth understanding of Satellite Systems principles. Good knowledge of the security and accreditation aspects of the Satellite Systems. Being organised, dynamic and proactive. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Holding Eligibility for a personal security clearance. The following skills would be highly desirable Specific experience with any of the following space programmes EGNOS, GOVSATCOM, COPERNICUS, or SSA. Position Reference 689 For our European institutional client, working on the European satellite navigation activities, we are looking for an Operational Security Engineer who will be the link between the site in Fucino, Italy and the Security Monitoring Centre in France. You will strengthen the operations, increase visibility and understanding of the system configuration, participation in local site planning and meetings and support of the investigations and resolution of incidents. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Collaborate in the creation and validation of site incident handling procedures for nominal and crisis scenarios Support onsite security monitoringrelated activities. Resolve security incidents requesting ARB decisions Support the SOIF implementation roadmap on site and support its validation activities Increase knowledge of the system by directly accessing technical documentation on as built system design and data flows, Provide the onsite authorisations to the GSMC upon request, regarding changes in their electronic security environment Enforce GSMC auditing responsibilities for Galileo Operations as stated in the Galileo SvRDx Gather exploit inputs on system and security events that are not yet accessible exploitable through GSMC equipment delivered by ESAWP 2 Reinforce the quality of GSMC Security Reporting to the Programme by having direct onsite access to SPO inputs used for the GSMCs weekly security reports Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in a relevant discipline with 3 years of relevant experience Level of knowledge and experience in computer security knowledge and experience obtained in a security operating centre or similar environment Experience in coordinating tasks assignment and their follow up among operational teams. High level of proficiency in the English language at least C1 level. Security Engineer for GSOp activities

Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support to the analysis, review and update the GSOp security baseline according to the different Galileo service milestones and system infrastructure upgrades. Support to the review, analysis and update of the securityrelated documentation, classified or not physical security, COMSEC, cybersecurity and including PRS. Support to GSOp reviews i.e. Galileo Infrastructure Release. Support to the management of GSOp classified activities, including classified anomalies and incidents, and related risk management. Support to the followup of the current Galileo security operations contracts, including for remote site hosting entities, and assess the impact of changes on the security baseline and security operations on the GSOp contract for subsequent risk management. EGNOS System Security Engineer

Position Reference 687 We are currently looking for an EGNOS System Security Engineer to work for our Client in the city of Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contribute to the technical management of the system and segment infrastructure activities, with a particular focus on security aspects e.g. security risk treatment, accreditation, .... Support the follow up of the system definition, design, qualification and acceptance activities for the different EGNOS versions and service, in line with the security risk analysis, i.e. with a particular focus on the security measures and operational aspects. Support the security and technical analysis of the architecture and specifications for system and ground segment upgrades to ensure coherence and compliance with the security requirements and identify impacts on baseline security documentation. Monitor the system security status, following up anomaly resolution through the implementation of Work Arounds, fast fixes, midtermlong term correction. Contribute to the specification, design and follow up of such resolution to be implemented by industrial contracts. Contribute to the follow up the development of EGNOS V3 services from the system and infrastructure point of view. Represent the security service team in the system engineering processes and in the relevant boards as necessary including but not limited to Change Control Boards, Anomalyvulnerability Review Boards, Qualification Review Board, Acceptance Review Board, Tender Evaluation board. Support the GSA security management as needed. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.
