Judge orders WMD to keep hauling leachate

Circuit Judge Gordon Webb ruled Friday for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality in the agency's request for an order from the judge to the Ozark Mountain Regional Solid Waste Management District to "maintain leachate collection and proper disposal" from its landfill in north Baxter County.
