Housed in 0.93 x 0.53 mm flip chip package, bidirectional SP1015 Series protects data lines that may experience destructive ESD. Diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes (±20 kV contact, ±30 kV air) well above maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. With just 0.65 Ω of dynamic resistance, SP1015 Series supports low clamping voltage needed to protect small-geometry ICs used in modern electronic devices.
