Ammar Asim Faruq Harris wasn't in the courtroom when the verdict was read in Clark County District Court.

It is the first penalty of its kind imposed by the Competition Bureau in response to deceptive online reviews.

FAA announces largest civil penalty it has proposed against a UAS operator for endangering the safety of U.S. airspace. FAA alleges that between March 21, 2012, and Dec. 15, 2014, SkyPan International, Inc. conducted 65 unauthorized operations in some of the most congested airspace and heavily populated cities, violating airspace regulations and various operating rules. Of those, 43 flew in highly restricted New York Class B airspace. These operations were illegal and not without risk.
